Rachell started her career out as a direct care staff for a group home with adults with behaviors/special needs. While working with the disabled population Rachell decided to further her education becoming a registered nurse then an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) FNP-BC. Prior to Rachell has been a Chief Nursing Officer in a psychiatric hospital setting several years, a director of nursing in a county jail, nursing instructor, and Earlier in Rachell career, she worked in an ICU setting in an inner-city hospital.
As far as Rachell’s educational background she received her Diploma in nursing from Helene Fuld School of Nursing, her Bachelor’s degree in nursing from The University of Delaware, her Master’s degree in Nursing and Health care education, from University of Phoenix, and her Master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner from Post Sentinel University.
