Rachell Phillips APRN FNP-BC is one of our distinguished Anthem Medical Care providers, bringing years of specialized experience and compassionate care to our patients.

As an experienced family nurse practitioner Florida families trust, Rachell began her healthcare journey as a direct care staff member for adults with behavioral and special needs. Her passion for serving vulnerable populations led her to advance her education, becoming a registered nurse and eventually earning her credentials as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) FNP-BC.

Rachell’s diverse background includes serving as a Chief Nursing Officer in psychiatric hospital settings, directing nursing operations in county correctional facilities, and working as a nursing instructor. Her early career also included critical care experience in an inner-city hospital ICU, making her one of the most experienced medical providers FL has to offer.

Her comprehensive educational background includes a Diploma in nursing from Helene Fuld School of Nursing, a Bachelor’s degree in nursing from The University of Delaware, a Master’s degree in Nursing and Health care education from University of Phoenix, and her Master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner from Post Sentinel University. This extensive training ensures that Anthem Medical Care providers deliver the highest quality of care to every patient.
